ASSIGNMENT:
- Jiffy Lube Scholarship – Essay (Copy the Certificate and mail it to the instructor with your Essay)
- Street Smarts (Copy the Certificate and mail it to the instructor)
- Zero Fatalities Parent Night (Copy the Certificate and mail it to the instructor)
List of Zero Fatalities Parent Meetings that have been scheduled in WCSD - Rail Saftey Training (Copy the Certificate and mail it to the instructor)
- Truck Smarts Course – Truck Smart (Copy the Certificate and mail it to the instructor)
- Teen memorial articles “Read five articles and hand write (1) paragraph for each article explaining who was involved, where it happened, how it happened, and how it could have been prevented.” Total of (5) paragraphs.
FORMS:
- WCSD Driving Log (Parents sign copy needs to be turned in before driving)
- Parent Permission Slip (Copy the Certificate and mail it to the instructor)
- Road Skills Score Sheet
