Homecoming asking has started!
HHS has a Teen Center near the counseling center. They offer all kinds of services including a food bank, school supplies, laundry services and free haircuts. Come by and see how they can help you.
School shirts are now on sale. Come to the office to buy some, or buy them at this Friday’s game.
Ambush will have its first meeting this Wednesday during lunch in room 219. We will be planning the homecoming tailgate party.
Seniors: It is not too late to sign up for Sterling Scholar. You must have an ACT score of 17. All you need to do is make a list of your accomplishments, answer some essay questions, and provide a transcript. If you need help there will be a work session this Thursday from 6:00-8:00 in the writing lab.
Thank you to everyone who attended the FBLA booth at rush week! Our raffle winner is Ellie Jones. Come to room 305 to claim your prize. The first FBLA meeting will be this Wednesday during lunch in room 305.
Swim season is upon us! If you are interested in swimming this year, there will be a parent/team meeting on September 15th at 6:00 PM in the Kolob Lecture Hall.’
HOSA will be holding its kickoff meeting this Wednesday during lunch in room 312. If you are interested in any health care profession, this is the club for you! Come to the meeting to find out more and enjoy a free, flavored soda.

If you are an athlete in a Fall sport, you have until September 7th to either pay your fees or set up a payment plan. Otherwise you won’t be able to participate in your athletic events until everything is paid. Come and see Alyssa in the main office for options.
EVERYONE! Come and pick up your student ID cards before and after school and during lunch. The sticker on the back makes your ID card an “activity card.” DO NOT PEEL OFF THE STICKER! You will have to pay the activity fee again to replace it.
Attention students: we are looking for students to sing the national anthem at volleyball and football games. If you are interested, stop by the main office.

Ambush will be hosting a clothing drive for flood victims. The drive will run from today, September 3rd through September 11th. Drop off clothing items in the donation box in the main office.
Homecoming royalty nominations are coming up. On Tuesday, September 8th & Wednesday September 9th, come to the commons during lunch to make sure your votes count! You will receive a nomination email & you can nominate ANY Senior girl for Homecoming Queen and ANY Senior Boy for Mr. Tiger.
