PE ACTIVITIES
Paparazzi awarded Ellen Ebbers $  for PE Activities 

With the grant money, we will purchase a frisbee game called Kan Jam and an outdoor portable speaker. The speaker will be used to improve the class environment and increase student engagement during class. The environment will be improved with the speaker because it not only affects mood and participation, it will also be used to time/pace students during the activity. The Kan Jam activity will be used to show students that activities can be done outside of fitness class, growing each student’s awareness about games they can play outside of school. Kan Jam will teach students how to throw a frisbee accurately at a target as well as reinforce the throwing and catching skills that other activities require.
