We wanted to send an email thanking Steve Pearson for his many years of service as a baseball coach.  Steve has coached baseball for over 30 years, he has been the head coach at HHS twice and an assistant for many years.  Steve came into a tough spot taking over a team that was 3-23 overall and 0-14 in Region play.  This year Steve improved the program to 10 wins, most importantly Steve stabilized a group of young men that were skipping classes, struggling in school and gave them leadership and direction in the classroom.  We appreciate Steve for the countless hours of work, sacrifice and dedication to the boys baseball program, HHS and his coaching staff.  We appreciate his time away from family and self interests to serve the boys in our community.  Please join me in thanking Steve for a job well done.
