12/12/2024 HHS Update

Dear Parents,

I wanted to share a brief update about some of the amazing things happening at HHS.

The HHS Fine Arts Department continues to shine! Last week, the Band, Choir, and Orchestra held their annual concerts, and they were absolutely spectacular. If you missed them, you truly missed out! TONIGHT, the HHS Ballroom Teams will perform at 6:30 PM in what promises to be an incredible showcase of talent. It’s the hottest ticket in town—don’t miss it!

In athletics, the HHS Boys Basketball team secured an impressive home win last night, and their next home game is on Wednesday, December 18—come cheer them on! Boys and Girls Wrestling is in action tonight at HHS, with every match offering excitement and energy. Come support our wrestling program. The Girls Basketball team is playing in Mesquite, NV, tonight but will be back for a home game tomorrow at 7 PM—let’s show up and support our girls! While there are no swim meets this week, it’s worth celebrating that our HHS Swim Team is currently the top-rated 4A team in the state—an outstanding accomplishment!

As the semester concludes, we want to express heartfelt gratitude for your continued support. Learning isn’t always easy, but your encouragement helps students navigate challenges, preparing them for life. Ensuring daily attendance and punctuality sets the foundation for success, and your efforts make a significant difference.
