PowerSchool Flex/Tag Time Instructions

How To Tag A Student:

  1. Open PS and click on Backpack (Info)
  2. Select Student by 1st Name from the list on the left.
  3. Select “Flex/Tag Time Entry” from Select Screen menu dropdown list (upper right hand corner)
  4. Choose days that you would like to tag the student for.
  5. Click Submit.

To assign additional students from same class simply click on 1st Name on the list to the left. 

To assign additional students from a different class. Select class and then click on 1st Name. 

How To See Who’s Tagged:

  1. Open PS and select Tag Assignments from the menu on the left.

How To Take Attendance:

  1. Open PS and select Tag Attendance from the menu on the left.
  2. Select which day you are taking attendance for.
  3. Select “yes” or “no” for whether or not the student attended. 
  4. Click Submit.
